This has WIP for the Stepper component before we had decided to go w/focusing on MUI theming. If we decide on a custom component instead, we can reuse some of this work.
This PR also has an updated version of Storybook and experiments w/a Stepper story.
NOTE: This is only for reference until/unless updated to replace the current "loose" MUI stepper code.
