[Feature Request]: Add Optional Automatic Log Submission Feature

Description

1. Developers can quickly identify and fix issues without manually asking users for logs.

2. Bug tracking and performance improvement will be faster and more efficient.

3. Users won’t have to manually locate and upload log files.

Implementation Notes:

The feature should be opt-in, so users can choose whether to send logs.

Only relevant crash/debug information should be submitted (e.g., system specs, emulator version, log files) to protect user privacy.

Logs could be compressed (e.g., zip) before sending to reduce size.

Could be implemented as a button in the GUI or automatic on crash.

Reason

It would be very helpful to have an optional feature in shadPS4 that allows users to automatically submit crash logs and debug information to the developers.
