송금 대상 가상자산의 secondary_address가 존재하지 않는 경우 withdraw_coin 함수가 오작동할 수 있는 문제 해결
Upbit API는 주문 목록 호출시 대상 Market 또는 UUID 입력을 선택사항으로 두고 있습니다. 이에 따라 state만을 입력하여도 주문 이력이 조회되도록 Code의 구조를 수정하였습니다.
