Ignore Bots

Added feature to ignore messages from bots. This is enabled by default so you don't get stuck in a response loop with another bot.

Response Stats

The bot will now keep track of who it responds to and how many times it responded.
When it shuts down, it will send you a message with those stats.

Bugfix: setTimeout max value

Fixed end calculation and added check for a setTimeout value greater than Int32 milliseconds.

Message as Attachment + fixes

Your OoO message will now be an attachment in case it's really long.
Also some various bugfixes and more info in config message.

Message Start and Config

Bot will message yourself when it starts and tells you it's config.

Annouce Ability

Adding announce ability to the bot. You can specify a list of channels and times to announce your lack of availableness. Just don't rub it in too much or you will come back being kicked from all your channels.
