Pin rootDir before upgrading to TypeScript 6

Upgrading to TypeScript 6 changes tsc's default rootDir behavior, and this repo currently has no explicit rootDir in tsconfig.json (only outDir: "lib" with include: ["src"] at tsconfig.json:10-14). That means emit paths shift from lib/index.* to lib/src/index.*, but package.json still exports lib/index.js/lib/index.d.ts, so consumers will fail to resolve the package entry points after build/publish unless rootDir is set (e.g. "./src") or export paths are updated.
