Description
This PR rolls back the watcher code to where it only watches directories for templates. The previous code that tried to track directories of dependencies had unintended edge cases when imports from project root directories were made in templates. That resulted in picking up changes from files that were never intended.
A subsequent PR will add dependency/import watching (for things like local component imports) back in.
