`curl -sI` liveness check the Quality Gates require even though the target
content is live. Resolved each to its actual release-tag URL and
re-verified all 28 return HTTP 200 with a plain `curl -sI` (no
redirect-follow), closing the same class of reproducibility gap as the
entry above.
