About The Pull Request

Touches up the access to the armory, allowing operatives in. Replaces some 5.7 with proper ammo cans, adds an extra coat for the captain, and changes a turret placement so it hopefully stops gunning down walls. Also moves the autolathe to engineering.

Why It's Good For The Game

slight flow stuff and fixes to early unintended stuff.

I don’t really agree with baseline secoff jobs having access to the armory on any ship that has a HoS or Warden equivalent job, even if the secoffs are just one guy. The operative doesnt really have the same degree of expected responsibility that the Lieutenant has vis-a-vis giving other crew members access / distributing gear / keeping inventory, yknow?

Granted its a very small ship. If you can't keep order as a captain or 2iC without access restrictions to your one (1) sec role somethings probably wrong

It's quite a large room and it was originally intended to be a walk in. The ships very small and it's kinda annoying flow wise.
