…ink_judge_params() for missing link-specific
judge params.
- Kept strict abort when link-specific params are expected but malformed/missing.
- Added startup-gap detection helper .adaptive_link_phase_b_startup_gap_for_spoke().
- Added .adaptive_link_within_edges() and wired within-set edges into linking refit.
- Upgraded .adaptive_link_fit_transform():
- true joint_refit path jointly estimating hub/spoke item abilities + transform params
- includes within-set and cross-set likelihood terms
- supports shift_only and shift_scale
- carries lock semantics (hard_lock, soft_lock, free) into objective/contract
- records joint-refit metadata in fit contract
- Wired startup-aware judge-parameter resolution and within-edge attributes
in .adaptive_linking_refit_update_state().
