Hi,

This is a pull request to add docker support to shotgun events. A simple dockerfile was created and configured to use python 2.7. This could be easily updated or forked to 3.x when support is completed.

A few notes:

Documentation was written in the readme.mkd file but can be moved to the documentation once validated.

The build process should be done by you, preferably with hub.docker.com, in order to get a simple tag with docker like so : shotgunsoftware/shotgunevents . This process is free and only requires and account on hub.docker.com which links to the github repo and builds the master branch to latest.

Let me know if you have any questions or feedback.
