Changes to rev1:

  • bigger 48pin L1 instead of 32pin L0. Advantage: More stable clock with 8MHz HSE
  • second PWM channel for buck converter cooling
  • second TMP1075 temperature sensor on the backside of the board under the buck to get buck converter temperature
  • real 5V PWM according to Noctua specification (required some changes like 3,3V to 5V buck and additional 3,3V LDO)
  • USB-C
  • 2 new pin header for LEDs
  • optimized power and ground planes
