sibling-index() / sibling-count() are Baseline 2026 Newly (MDN, August). Encore CLI v1.58.3 ships Go 1.27. Go 1.27 also covers jsontext and mldsa. Co-authored-by: Ally Shayan Haque <me@shyyawn.com>
