Currently Lefthook output will be compiled only when CompileGithubWorkflowsOnly is falsy. We actually want to generate the lefthook.yml always, regardless of the GH workflow flag. Signed-off-by: Maja Bojarska <maja.bojarska@siderolabs.com>
