This changes too many things in too many places, even though the declared intention is to change the repository owner's name to lower-case because GHCR requires it.
The relevant changes were hand-picked and included, see 26e72ee.
If all the other changes are relevant, they should be independent pull requests that target one specific objective.

Some users registered with uppercase characters in their account names, which is not compatible with Docker container building and running. This change enforces lowercase account names to prevent such issues.
