Looking at https://github.com/signalfx/splunk-otel-java/pull/2454/files I think you are missing some changes that could be brought over from the patch release (change log, cf buildpack). |

Yeah good call. I just did the minimal thing from the release instructions, which was basically just run the script. I'll add the changes. |
