This PR adds a test SDKs product to demonstrate how tabs and variants work together in Fern documentation.
What this tests
Key finding
Tab variants allow different content within the SAME tab structure. All SDK variants share the same tabs. The variant selector changes the content within each tab, not the tabs themselves.
