The response type for CMD7 is always R1. see: SD-card Physical Layer Simplified Description section 4.7.4

Add new tests for the Swissbit series S-600 SD-cards.
Further the name of an existing dump file unknown_card_cmd7_r6.sr is changed to unknown_card_cmd7_r6.sr. The reason is that the decoder had to be fixed. The CMD7 response is always of the type R1. See section "4.7.4 Detailed Command Description" in the "Phaysical Layer Simplified Specification". This specification is available here:
