There hasn't been a :Simplenote command that accepts arguments since 1.3.0 in 2016, so remove all references to commands like

:Simplenote -v

from the documentation and Python source code.

Closes #118.

Just acknowledging this for now. Thanks for doing this. Will try to find some time this week to look properly... lots I could do with updating really.

No worries. Happy to help out with any-code adjacent touch-ups that you could delegate, as that's the limit of my capabilities at the moment.
