This actually breaks stuff, particularly the name of the "Zalͮ̒ͫgo اختبار النص-videos.csv" playlist, which becomes "Zälͮ̒ͫǧ̗͚̚o اختبار النص-videos.csv". Who doesn't love Unicode?
Fixes video description to be the title or the description or both, combined sensibly.
Not all videos have a .mp4 extension
