### Fixed

- Reveal the caret when the bottom view inset (on-screen keyboard) changes, so it is no longer hidden behind the keyboard when it appears or changes height mid-edit (e.g. on app resume, IME/emoji switch, rotation, split-screen or foldable resize). `QuillRawEditorState` now overrides `didChangeMetrics` and re-reveals the caret once the inset settles.

### Removed

- Removed the already-`@Deprecated` and `@internal` `linkPrefixes` constant from the public API surface (it is hidden from the `flutter_quill.dart` export). Use `LinkValidator.linkPrefixes` instead.
