Thanks for taking the time to send a PR. The term "MIT License" doesn't mean anything from a legal standpoint and the license is a legal document so I don't see adding it to the license as a very good practice as it could mislead people into thinking the license is something that it is not. |

Without a LICENSE file, the only current declaration of the applicable license is in package.json. Being explicit in the readme will help people quickly understand what the license.
