nws_pressure_correction

Convert the local station pressure (found via coordinates passed by user) to altitude-adjusted pressure

Now works with both the USA's NWS for USA sites, and with Weather Underground for world-wide sites

1. Make into a webapp for easy use by a clinic (flask?)
