Proposed changes

Development of the CausalGraph class:

  • Add choice of variable names for the printout of the dynamical communities
  • Add method to distinguish direct from indirect links (refinement step)
  • Simplify third part of the algorithm (edge-drawing step)

Types of changes

  • Bugfix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
