CLI command based on the TitleCaser package

Usage

Add package via node package manager

Run command titlecaser-cli "do something with this string"

Optionally, add --style flag with one of the following options: 'ap' | 'apa' | 'chicago' (default) | 'wikipedia' | 'nyt'
