This product is an emergency alert system in plone. The alerts appear at the top of the site on all pages. There are color levels of urgency based on the alert. The system can sync multiple plone sites into one emergency system. There is also a through-the-web code generator which generates emergency alert code for systems other than plone to sync up to plones system.
