PVR (Dreamcast texture/image) plugin for GIMP, written by Per Hedbor,
using code from Marcus pvr plugin for Pike.

To install in the global gimp plugin directory, type 
make global

To install in your gimp plugin directory, type 
make local

Requires gimp 1.1.*
