I added two set of skills:

A folder called skale-bridging: this skill uses Trails API and SKALE IMA to allow bridging from multiple chains to SKALE Base. The name of the skill may be changed
A skill to use MTM mode on SKALE Base. It was added under deploy-to-skale


          Adding trails bridging + mtm skills
