Replaced deprecated Doctrine cache with PSR-6 for better ORM compatibility and updated EntityManagerFactory configuration. Introduced a NoOpResponse class to simplify HTTP response handling in tests, along with relevant dependency injection changes. Added Symfony Cache to the project dependencies and integrated it with Doctrine configuration for improving caching capabilities. Additionally, replaced the deprecated MySQL FIELD implementation with a new custom DQL function to ensure compatibility with Doctrine ORM 2.20+.
