Navigate to the Code tab:

From the main branch dropdown, click on the welcome-workflow branch.
Create the Workflow File:

Navigate to the .github/workflows/ folder.
Click on Add file and select Create new file.
In the Name your file field, enter welcome.yml.
Add the provided content to the welcome.yml file.
Commit the Changes:

Click Commit changes.
Type a commit message.
Select Commit directly to the welcome-workflow branch.
Click Commit changes.
