Populate translations for unified msgids across all locales

- Fills msgstr for the unified msgids, referencing each locale's existing
fragment translations. Also includes the following corrections:
- Fix semantic reversal in ja/zh/zh_Hant_TW for the sentence "consider
  an addition instead of replacement" where the output word had been
  swapped.
- Fix de article case in the same sentence so "Zusatz" stays consistent
  with the active "addition" msgid used elsewhere on the page.
