- add smux as second lib that dmsg server should detect it from disc for each visor - abbility to store "protocol" of visor that register to dmsg-disc

At this PR, we add
smuxas new lib to dmsg network, and dmsg-server can accept both smux and yamux clients. All visor-to-visor scenarios tests passed, but services has some problem on register to dmsg-servers, so we will handle it on other PR later.Changes:
