Why it belongs here

Corpo fills a gap in the agent ecosystem: legal identity. Every AI agent that handles money, signs contracts, or operates a business needs a legal entity. No other tool provides CLI/API-first entity formation for AI agents.

Update (2026-03-22): The Corpo platform is currently in pre-alpha / sandbox mode. All entity formation operations are sandbox/demo only — no real Wyoming SOS filings or EIN assignments are produced yet. The README and CLI have been updated to reflect this. Production integrations are under development. Apologies for any confusion in the original description.
