I am Divesh Heeramun, a Lead Software Developer at Dayforce, formerly known as Ceridian. I am a Full-Stack Engineer with strong experience in building scalable, maintainable, and user-focused software solutions in the information technology and services industry.

My current focus is primarily in the React ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on front-end architecture and microfrontend architecture. I enjoy designing modular, scalable systems that improve maintainability, team autonomy, and long-term product evolution.

Beyond hands-on development, I am passionate about technical leadership, coaching and mentoring developers, and improving team workflows, processes, and engineering efficiency. I also have a growing interest in how AI can enhance software development, from developer productivity to smarter collaboration and delivery practices.

I hold a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Applied Computing from the University of Mauritius.
