This PR is the second revised version of the SLSA terminology with changes based on Tom's suggestions. The original terminology file needed editing and reorganization to remove non-terminology content, move track-specific terminology to the individual tracks, and alphabetize the remaining terms. This version includes those changes plug links to the track-specific terminology sections, and the real-world ecosystems list of terms.
