Description
This commit upgrades certinfo to the latest version. The new version includes the support for the Step Managed Device extension.
Note that the version has been upgraded to 1.22.7. Certinfo was upgraded to this version in a previous commit smallstep/certinfo@bfc8656 because github.com/google/certificate-transparency-go now requires that.
