Summary
Enables MCMS contract deployment on Canton testnet through party-ceremony.
Changes
Register mcms-core as a known contract-deploy package (replacing the old mcms name).
Fix synchronizer ID handling so testnet’s physical ID (global-domain::…::34-0) works with the Ledger API.
Add refresh-token.sh to rotate JWTs in local node configs.
