This PR enables forward compatibility for Keystore implementations by adding an embedded UnimplementedKeystore struct imported from chainlink-common.
Also, bump chainlink-common. Related: smartcontractkit/chainlink-common#1475
Ultimately related to a Keystore change to enable Workflow key use by Capabilities. JIRA.
