Update the CSS Minimizer Plugin to a version recommended by the maintainers of the old package.
The old version was not compiling, and the npm page for that package (https://www.npmjs.com/package/optimize-css-assets-webpack-plugin) recommends using the new package instead.
I've removed the old, added the new, and updated the webpack configuration as instructed by the readme. Yarn build works in both the example and a project based on the example.
