Not sure why the db connection failed, it worked fine for the first jobs.

As mentioned via email to Olga, this is a lot of additional watershed groups.
Processing on the CWF dbs will eventually grind through all the data - but the workflows will almost certainly have to be adjusted to fit in to the GHA 6hr limit.

On another note, many of these watershed groups are in the Peace/Mackenzie River drainage.

To date, we do not model salmon in the Mackenzie. And I'm not sure if any salmon in that system could make it around the Site C / Bennett dams downstream of Takla territory. Also, while the CHUK (Chukachida River) watershed is not in the Peace, there are no target species observations - salmon are not currently modelled there either.

All of above is based on the CWF watershed selection process, and the data is in data/wsg_species_presence.csv.

Within the watershed groups included in the PR, only these are indicated as supporting the target species listed in the PR:

MSKE - Middle Skeena River
STUR - Stuart River
SUST - Sustut River
USKE - Upper Skeena River

Ok sounds good. Is there anything on my end that I can be doing to help adjust the workflows?

Thanks - can you modify to add just the watersheds mentioned? That should still complete ok.

Plus add steelhead and coho as target species. Hopefully the db connection error was just a one time network glitch.
