When Claude Squad is executed from a subdirectory (e.g., /project/backend/api), the AI assistant session should start in the corresponding subdirectory within the worktree, rather than at the worktree root.
What I did
GetSessionPathmethod: Introduced a new method to compute the tmux session path based on the worktree and subdirectory.StartandResumemethods of the Instance: Usei.GetSessionPathfor a tmuxSession start.
