This change introduces pause/resume functionality for managed instances so that the user can checkout/modify the instance's code. - Added pause/resume with a new Paused state and copy to clipboard when pausing - Improved UI with menu state management and a paused state icon. - Updated tmux behavior: detach key is now Ctrl+q - `--reset` now cleans up tmux sessions and worktrees https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/abb6c32b-d92c-4707-a085-3143fe7a1591
