This change introduces pause/resume functionality for managed instances so that the user can checkout/modify the instance's code.

  • Added pause/resume with a new Paused state and copy to clipboard when pausing
  • Improved UI with menu state management and a paused state icon.
  • Updated tmux behavior: detach key is now Ctrl+q
  • --reset now cleans up tmux sessions and worktrees
