I've started to include some wider documentation for SWQL, updating the documentation structure slightly to group together the SWQL related docs.
I am basing the documentation on what Kevin Sigma started over on Thwack.

He wrote a whole collection of articles on SWQL but it makes much more sense to have it contained somewhat officially here.
If you're happy with these changes I am more than happy to comtinue padding the changes out on my branch and update this PR when completed.
