In tests.arazzo.yaml im using a speakeasy x-speakeasy-test-security extension that looks like this:

x-speakeasy-test-security:
  value:
    apiKey:
      x-env: SWO_STAGE_API_TOKEN

But the generated tests always use this Env SWO_API_TOKEN

I replaced the mockserver tests in tests.arazzo.yaml with our E2E tests and regenerated. This deleted all of the old mockserver tests which is why there are so many file changes.
