Any user can modify/delete a calendar event, whether they are a follower or not. We only want followers of the event to be able to modify/delete it. New group in "Extra Rights" that allows a user to modify any event, follower or not.
Add 'auto_join' attribute to 'message_follower_ids' base field to speed up search operations
