Why I did it
Enabled kdump and set the idle=poll parameter in the grub.cfg for Nokia-IXR7250-X3B platform.

Modified the device data installer.conf to enable the kdump and also set the idle=poll for Nokia-IXR7250-X3B platform
How to verify it
After the system boot up with this image, check the /proc/cmdline. It should contain these two setting.
