Reopening #14, since v3.2.2 is the final v3 release of MathJax and I'm working on porting XyJax to MathJax v4 on my main branch.
This PR fixes the issue with the missing component version information which was added in MathJax 3.2.1, as well as a few rendering errors in the test files.
