…support (#107) Introduced an EvaluatedOutcome enum (Success, Failure, Excluded) for more accurate request outcome representation. Added support for user-defined exclusion logic (e.g., context cancellation). Updated the outcome evaluator to handle Excluded results without affecting metrics.
