Implement path_utils module to find executables (bun, npm, node) across platforms when GUI apps have limited PATH. Replace which::which calls with path_utils functions in preview and runner commands. Initialize extended PATH at application startup to ensure child processes can locate development tools.
When spawning the agent process, the PATH environment variable was not being passed, causing the child process to be unable to locate executables. This change ensures the child process inherits the PATH from the parent process.
