- 기존 빈으로 사용되던 RestTemplate 에는 직렬화를 위한 컨버터가 존재하지 않아서 수정함. RestTemplateConfig를 수정하고 싶지만, 사이드 이펙트를 온전히 계산하기엔 시간이 부족하여 다음과 같이 수정함
