Add some ORM packages

This addition includes well-known JavaScript ORMs (Object-Relational Mappers) that simplify database interactions by providing an abstraction layer over SQL and NoSQL databases.
They are widely adopted in modern JavaScript applications, backed by strong community support, and each has garnered thousands of stars on GitHub.

Altho we don't prefer multiple lines at once, I guess this can go as is, considering all of them are being added together to the same section which's also a new addition.
